Connection to MySQL Server fixed
Encoding for non Latin languages fixed (Languages like Chinese characters could not be edited and send correctly). The Unicode UTF-8 (utf-8) encoding can be use now for any languages.
The subject is now encoding correctly. (Some special character was not well formatted)
Now the name of the recipient contact is integrated into the email address correctly.
